Terms and conditions
1. Scope
These terms apply to the website www.kourt.ch, the Kourt Point app (score.kourt.ch), Padel Hub and voluntary donations.
2. Free of charge
The apps are free. No account is needed.
3. Use
The apps are provided as is, for leisure use. There is no guarantee of availability, freedom from errors or accuracy of the displayed score.
4. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, all liability is excluded, in particular for data loss or indirect damage. Liability for intent or gross negligence remains reserved.
5. Donations
Donations are voluntary, of any amount, in Swiss francs. They give no right to anything in return: no features, no services, no priority. Payment is processed by Payrexx AG; kourt.ch neither receives nor stores your payment details. A donation is not refundable, except for an obvious error reported within 30 days to contact@kourt.ch. No tax-deductible donation receipts are issued.
6. Changes
These terms may change. The version published on this page applies.
7. Governing law
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the domicile of the person responsible for the site, subject to mandatory jurisdictions.
Data protection
Controller under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP): kourt.ch, contact@kourt.ch.
- Kourt Point and Padel Hub: match data (score, time stamp of each point, match or tournament name, location if you add it by GPS) and the technical data for pairing devices are stored on a server in Switzerland. No name or email is asked. No IP address is stored.
- Website: hosted in Switzerland. No cookies, no analytics tool, fonts hosted on the site itself. The server may keep technical logs for its security.
- Suggestions form: provided by Tally (tally.so). It sends what you write and, if you give it, your email address.
- Donations: processed by Payrexx AG, under its own privacy policy.
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data by writing to contact@kourt.ch.
